Locked liquidity
A Rhea DCL position belongs to the account that added it. Every position launched on Prism was added by one account, the locker, a separate contract whose code can only claim fees.
Why the liquidity cannot be pulled
The only method that touches a position is claim, and it calls Rhea's remove_liquidity with the amount hardcoded to zero. Removing zero liquidity returns only the fees the position has earned. There is no method that takes an amount, no withdraw of the locker's balance on Rhea, no transfer of a position, no owner.
Every state-changing method is callable by the factory only. The factory is upgradable, but nothing it can ask the locker to do moves principal: deposit puts a coin into Rhea under the locker, add turns that balance into a position, claim collects fees, register pays a storage deposit.
Verify it yourself
- Code equals source. The locker publishes its source and build metadata (NEP-330); rebuild it and compare the hash with the account's code hash.
- The position. Every coin page links to its pool on Rhea, where the position and its owner are visible.
What stays true anyway
Rhea's own administrators keep the powers they have over every Rhea pool. And the coin's price is not locked: it is whatever the last trade set it at.
